RR-CirKits Copyright Notice:
Individuals and MRR clubs may freely use any information that I have posted on this site as the basis for building equipment for their own, or their own groups use. These items must not be built for resale, nor for any other non model RR, nor for any commercial use, without prior written permission from the author. (that's me) Information on this web site may (and probably does) contain technical inaccuracies and/or typographical errors. (I'm not perfect, just forgiven) Information may get changed or updated without notice. (as I have already done) I may also make improvements (hopefully) and/or changes in the devices and/or the schematics described in this information at any time without notice. (There is no guarantee that any corrections or updates will get posted, nor even that they will work better than the original designs.) Be sure to check for the latest versions before starting a project, as this may improve your odds for success. Enjoy!

Disclaimer:
THE TECHNICAL INFORMATION ON THIS WEB SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. (I.E. if your train comes uncoupled when it shouldn't, or a block signal fails and your two favorite United Crown engines meet in a cornfield, please don't blame it on me.)

All circuits and devices described are actually built and in operation on my own railroad, the Little Mountain and Possum Hollow RR. Both Little Mountain, and Possum Hollow are real places within 100 miles of Waxhaw, but do not have anything at all to do with this freelanced railroad other than that I like the names. Those that are from around here will understand right away that Possum Hollow must be up in the mountains and Little Mountain is probably down in a broad valley, and so it is on the LM&PH RR..

RR-CirKits Company Goals and Policies:
Company Goals:
The goal of RR-CirKits is to provide you with both the information, and the circuit boards and kits to produce high quality electronic devices for you to use on your own layouts. I hope to keep each design based on simple to understand principles and to use only readily available parts. In some cases this means that I will not be using a programmable controller to accomplish a task simply, because that would mean that you could not easily build the circuit completely on your own without that key part. My goal is to provide quality circuits at fair prices to those who are willing to build it themselves, but do not want to create their own PC boards.

Returns:
PC boards and kits may be returned if they are still in like new condition. All returns must have an RMA number prior to returning any item. Special order items such as cables cut to custom lengths may not be returned unless they are defective. (see below)

Defective materials:
All RR-CirKits circuit boards are of the highest quality FR-4 material, plated for easy solderability, and include a solder mask layer when there are more than one or two closely spaced lines that could make soldering difficult. All kit parts are new and unused.

All PC boards and kit parts are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year. Any defective materials will be replaced with the same or equivalent parts. If the item is no longer available, then the full purchase price will be refunded. This does not cover parts that were damaged during assembly, as I can not guarantee your skills. As for any other returns, an RMA number is required.
